Flexible work arrangements
We have a range of flexible work arrangements, including flexible hours, job sharing, part-time employment, working from home and phased retirement.
Purchase of additional leave
We have a policy that allows eligible employees to purchase up to four weeks of additional leave each year.
Paid parental leave
We offer 12 weeks of paid maternity leave and two weeks of paid paternity leave. For those employees who take extended parental leave, we also have a 'return to work' bonus.
