Stakeholder feedback

In May and June 2007 we conducted a formal feedback survey of a sample of our key stakeholders to gain feedback on our 2006 Sustainability Report. Seventy stakeholders were contacted. There were 34 responses.

Overall stakeholders were very positive in their evaluation of last year's report.
  • 89 per cent found the report plausible and believable.

  • Stakeholder satisfaction could be improved with more detail in various areas.

  • Climate change was seen as being the top environmental impact.

  • The most frequently read section was the environment section.
