Professional experience

As Acting President, North America, Mike is responsible for major toll road infrastructure development, financing, construction, and operations. Mike previously served as Transurban’s Chief Financial Officer, North America, a role he held for five years. As CFO, he led the team responsible for capital raising, financial planning, accounting, valuation, tax, procurement, treasury, and business development functions.

Before joining Transurban in 2016, Mike served as CFO for companies including the Export-Import Bank of the United States, H2Gen Innovation, and GeoGlobal, where he led activities such as the development and execution of strategic plans and investment proposals, portfolio and risk management, workouts and restructuring, buy and sell-side M&A transactions, and communication with boards, investors and stakeholders.
