Rosalind (Ros) joined Transurban in 2025 as Group Executive, People and Culture, leading the Group’s people strategy to ensure Transurban has the capabilities, capacity and operating model required to deliver its business strategy - now and in the future.

Prior to joining Transurban, Ros held senior people and culture and client experience roles at Macquarie Group, where she played a key role in the digital, AI and cultural transformation of the Banking and Financial Services business.

With executive leadership experience in large, complex global organisations across Australia, New York, Hong Kong and London, Ros is widely recognised as an engaging, outcomes‑focused leader with a strong track record in building inclusive, high-performance cultures that deliver sustained organisational success.
