We’ve teamed up with Kidsafe Victoria to promote FREE education sessions on child car restraints for first time parents and carers
Kidsafe Victoria is launching the new ‘Seat Me Safely’ program, which is tailored for first-time parents and carers.
The program aims to provide hands-on learning and practical information about child car restraints in 90-minute educational sessions.
During the sessions, Kidsafe experts will cover a range of topics purchasing, installing, using and adjusting child car restraints, facilitate live demonstrations of how to fit and adjust child car restraints, answer your questions and provide valuable travel tips with a baby onboard.
Why should I come along?
Car seats can be tricky to install, and according to NeuRA, more than 50% of child restraints aren't fitted correctly. We know that a correctly fitted seat can significantly reduce the risk of children getting injured in an accident, so that's why it's best to leave it to the experts and get your seat fitted by a professional.
