Transurban's Community Grants Program
Our annual community grants program offers grants of up to $10,000 for projects bringing road safety, financial inclusion and environmental benefits to the communities in Greater Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane near Transurban’s roads.
Grants are open to a wide range of organisations and initiatives, and we encourage inclusion, diversity of thought and innovation.
Extra Grants round
In response to current cost of living challenges in Australia, Transurban opened a special round of community grants to grassroots organisations to the value of $200,000 in April 2026.
To address the challenge, the criteria for grants was amended for this round to focus on organisations providing emergency relief such as access to food, housing, and transport. Grants of up to $10,000 were made available to organisations in Greater Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane near Transurban's roads.
Grant recipients will be announced soon.
