2. Promoter
The Promoter is Transurban Limited ABN 96 098 143 410 of Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, 03 8656 8900, operating under the brand Linkt (Promoter). Linkt is a trademark of Transurban Limited ABN 96 098 143 410. Our website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties ("third party websites"). Those third party websites are not under our control, we do not endorse third party websites and we are not responsible for any material on, or linked to from, third party websites ("third party material").

4. Promotion period
Starts: 9:00am AEST, Monday 12 May 2025
Ends: 5:00pm AEST, Monday 30 June 2025 or the time at which all 2,000 Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards have been earned, whichever is earlier
5. Who can enter
To be eligible, entrants must:
a. hold a valid learner driver licence;
b. be a resident of Victoria, New South Wales or Queensland; and
c. agree to receive the $25 Prezzee Smart Fuel eGift card via email from the Promoter upon completion of the Course and survey questions.
The following persons are ineligible:
a. directors and management of the Promoter;
b. officers, employees, and contingent workers of the Promoter, Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd and Sydney Motorway Corporation Pty Ltd; and/or
c. retailers, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies of the Promoter who are associated with this Promotion, and their directors, management and employees.
6. How to enter
To enter, a person who meets the eligibility criteria in section 5 must, during the Promotion Period:
a. complete all the pre-course survey questions available at www.transurban.com/toll-road-ready. On completion of the pre-course survey questions, participants will be provided with a link to the Toll Road Ready Course on the Teachable platform;
b. using the link provided, create an account with Teachable and complete the Toll Road Ready Course at www.transurban.com/toll-road-ready (Course) by progressing through the four course modules on Teachable and answering correctly the quiz questions (noting that participants will have multiple opportunities to answer correctly);
c. on completion of the Course on the Teachable platform, participants will be provided with a link that takes them back to the Transurban website. Entrants must enter the same email address used to complete the Course and then complete all the post-program survey questions available via the link provided;
d. agree to these terms and conditions;
e. consent to receive the $25 Prezzee Smart Fuel eGift card via email from the Promoter upon completion of steps (a) to (d) above;
f. consent to Teachable disclosing their full name and email address to the Promoter for the purpose of enabling the Promoter to confirm their entry into this Promotion; and
g. acknowledge they have read and understood the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy
7. Remaining number of Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards will be displayed on the Transurban Toll Road Ready Home page
The Promoter will display the remaining number of Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards available for distribution to eligible participants on the Toll Road Ready home page (www.transurban.com/toll-road-ready) during the Promotion Period. Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the displayed number of remaining Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards.
8. Promoter will notify of early end of Promotion Period
If 2,000 eligible entrants complete the entry steps set out in section 7 prior to 5.00pm AEST, Monday 30 June 2025, the Promoter will post a notice on the Course webpage (www.transurban.com/toll-road-ready) explaining that the Promotion has ended early due to the high volume of participants. Participants will still be able to complete the Course and the pre-course and post-course surveys, but will not be eligible to receive a Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card.
9. Limit on number of entries
An eligible individual can only complete the Program once. Only one Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card is available per eligible entrant.
10. An entry must be received by the Promoter by the end of the Promotion Period, or it will not be accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
11. The Promoter takes no responsibility should a person not have the software, hardware or mobile plan that permits access to, and use of, the method of entry. Any costs associated with accessing the internet, downloading data on a mobile device, or using any device to access and use the method of entry is the sole responsibility of the entrant and is dependent on the Internet/mobile service provider used.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
a. any late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications; or
b. any internet traffic congestion or problems with, or technical malfunction of, any hardware or software, including but not limited to any damage to the hardware or software of any entrant or other persons related to participation in the Promotion.
13. Entrants must not:
a. tamper with the entry process;
b. engage in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
c. use multiple aliases, email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses and/or SIM cards to enter multiple times or use any form of software or third party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) except where expressly permitted in these Terms; and
d. engage in conduct in entering the Promotion which, in the opinion of Promoter, is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information, failing to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the Promotion.
15. Entrie remain the property of the Promoter.
16. Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards
There is a maximum of 2,000 Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards for a total value of $50,000 consisting of:
- 2,000 x $25 Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards
17. If a winner ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set out in paragraph 5 after entering the Promotion and before their Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card is awarded, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
18. The Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards values are in Australian dollars.
19. Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
20.Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card specific terms
21. All Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards will be issued digitally by the Promoter to the email address used to register for and complete the the Course and the post-course survey.
22. Participants must download the Prezzee app and open a Prezzee account in order to redeem their Fuel Smart eGift Card. Prezzee will handle participants’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available at ePrezzee AU | Digital Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers Online
23. Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card can be redeemed using mobile wallets: Apple Pay, Goggle Wallet and Samsung Pay.

25. How Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards will be awarded
26. All Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards will be issued digitally by the Promoter to the email address used to register for and complete the Course and the post-course survey. Participants must ensure they use the same email address for both the Course and the post-course survey to be eligible to enter this Promotion.
27. Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards will be distributed on a weekly basis to eligible persons who complete the entry steps set out in section 7 during the preceding one week period, ending 4:00pm Friday.
28. Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards will distributed to eligible entrants on:
a. Tuesday 20 May 2025, for entries received between Monday 12 May 9:00am and Friday 17 May 4:00pm;
b. Tuesday 27 May 2025, entries received between Friday 17 May 4:01pm and Friday 24 May 4:00pm;
c. Tuesday 3 June 2025, entries received between Friday 24 May 4:01pm and Friday 31 May 4:00pm
d. Tuesday 10 June 2025, entries received between Friday 31 May 4:01pm and Friday 6 June 4:00pm
e. Tuesday 17 June 202, entries received between Friday 6 June 4:01pm and Friday 13 June 4:00pm
f. Tuesday 24 June 2025, entries received between Friday 13 June 4:01pm and Friday 20 June 4:00pm
g. Tuesday 1 July 2025, entries received between Friday 20 June 4:01pm and Friday 27 June 4:00pm
h. Tuesday 8 July, , entries received between Friday 27 June 4:01pm and Monday 30 June 5:00pm
29. Persons eligible to receive a Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card will receive their $25 Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card via email sent by the Promoter to the email address used to register for and complete the Course and post-course survey. The email will contain a link to their $25 eGift Card and a PIN number.
30. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to contact eligible participants using the email address provided to register for and complete the Course and post-course survey. If different email addresses are used at any stage, the person will be ineligible to participate in this Promotion.
31. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
32. Personal information
33. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion, and as otherwise set out in the Terms.
34. Particpants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy. Teachable will handle participants’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available at Teachable Privacy Policy.
35. The Promoter will retain participants’ name and email address for the Promotion Period and for a six month period following the end of the Promotion. The Promoter will delete participants’ names and email addresses within six months after the end of Promotion Period.
36. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter via email at privacy@transurban.com or phone at 13 33 31.
37. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and that this use and disclosure will be without any further reference or payment to the entrants.
38. Governing law
The agreement which comes into force under these Terms is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws in force in Victoria, and the Promoter and any consumer who participates in the Promotion submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, and the performance or subject matter of the Promotion.
39. Limitation of liability
40. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Promoter’s control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Promotion, or prevent the awarding of a Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card in accordance with these Terms. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
41. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under any legislation in Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the value of the Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or a winner; (f) participation in the Promotion or any component of the Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card by an entrant or a winner; (g) the conduct, act or omission of any service provider or gift card supplier associated with the Promotion; or (h) cancellation or postponement of a Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
