Listening to communities is the best way we know to improve how we operate. We do this in many different ways – including through our annual Community Engagement Survey.
This year’s survey is open – with questions about what we’re getting right and what we can do better, how we operate, our contributions to road safety, our sustainability progress and plenty more.
By completing the survey, you’ll be letting us know what’s important to you and where you think we should focus our community-strengthening efforts. (If you’re not aware of these, here’s some examples).
We take your feedback seriously – for example, we introduced our Linkt Assist program, that helps Linkt customers in financial and other difficulties, as a direct result of community feedback.
We’d love to see a record number of community members across Australia sharing their thoughts this year, remembering that you can also nominate to support a local charity when you’ve completed the survey. The survey takes around 15 minutes and, when you’re done, you’ll be shown a list of charities to support – and we’ll make a donation to this charity on your behalf. Through our previous surveys, we’ve already donated $30,000 across nine chosen charities. And this year, we have another $10,500 to share.
