In North America, we’re partnering with The Climate Board – an organization bringing a breadth of industry leaders together to tackle mitigation and resilience climate challenges. Members of The Climate Board have access to critical research, collective expertise, and best practices to move towards actionable climate change solutions.
Kicking off the partnership, we sponsored an executive roundtable bringing leaders together to identify innovative approaches to decarbonizing the transportation infrastructure industry. Participants discussed issues of shared concern with peers and partners including toll road owners and operators, designers, contractors, suppliers, investors academia and government leaders.
The roundtable discussed market pressures for a decarbonized supply chain, the decision points affecting sustainability and profitability, and how to build momentum for multi-stakeholder action.
