1. Name of promotional competition (Promotion)

Win $100 worth of Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards

2. Promoter

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12pm AEST, Monday 10 November 2025 and final entries close on 12pm AEST, Monday 11 May 2026.

 

Definitions

Monthly Draw

There will be one (1) draw conducted for all entries received each month during the Promotion Period (each a “Monthly Draw”). 23

Monthly Draw Date

The date for each Monthly Draw as set out in the table under section 24 of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Who can enter

5. Entrants must:

a) be 16 years old or over; and

b) be a resident of VIC, NSW or QLD.

6. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter. By participating in the Promotion, the entrant, and a parent or legal guardian of the entrant (the “Parent/Guardian”), agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

7. The Parent/Guardian:

a) represents that they are the parent or legal guardian of the entrant;

b) acknowledges, agrees and consents to all of the terms in these Terms and Conditions; and

c) guarantees the obligations entered into, and representations made, by the entrant in these Terms and Conditions.

8. The following persons are ineligible:

a) directors and management of the Promoter;

b) officers, employees, and contingent workers of the Promoter, Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd and Sydney Motorway Corporation Pty Ltd; and/or

c) retailers, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies of the Promoter who are associated with this Promotion, and their directors, management and employees.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, consent (if required), identity, residential address, driver licence type, and any other information from any Entrant or winner relevant to entry into, or participation in, the Promotion, including contacting the Parent/Guardian to confirm consent was obtained. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

 

How to enter

10. To enter, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

a) navigate to the Toll Road Ready landing page on the Transurban website (Toll Road Ready courses | Transurban Group);

b) answer the pre-course survey questions;

c) select the state in which they reside (this will take you to the applicable Teachable platform);

d) complete the Teachable platform registration process; and

e) complete the four (4) course modules.

11. Upon completion of the Toll Road Ready course participants will receive a certificate (automatically generated by the Teachable platform), confirming their successful completion.

12. All participants who fulfil the above steps and complete the online Toll Road Ready course during the Promotion Period will automatically go into the relevant Monthly Draw.

13. Limit on number of entries

Multiple entries are not permitted. ;

Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.

14. Participants who do not complete each of the entry steps in accordance with section 10, will be deemed to have an invalid entry.

15. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.

16. An entry must be received by the Promoter by the end of the relevant Monthly Draw, or it will not be accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the Entrant.

17. The Promoter takes no responsibility should a person not have the software, hardware or mobile plan that permits access to, and use of, the method of entry. Any costs associated with accessing the internet, downloading data on a mobile device, or using any device to access and use the method of entry is the sole responsibility of the Entrant and is dependent on the Internet/mobile service provider used.

18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

a) any late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications; or

b) any internet traffic congestion or problems with, or technical malfunction of, any hardware or software, including but not limited to any damage to the hardware or software of any Entrant or other persons related to participation in the Promotion.

19. Entrants must not:

a) tamper with the entry process;

b) engage in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;

c) use multiple aliases, email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses and/or SIM cards to register multiple qualifying accounts or use any form of software or third-party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) except where expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions; and

d) engage in conduct in entering the Promotion which, in the opinion of Promoter, is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to providing false information, failing to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the Promotion.

21. Entries remain the property of the Promoter.

 

Prize Draw

22. Entries for each Monthly Draw open at 12pm AEST and close at 11.59am AEST on the dates outlined in the table below.

23. All Monthly Draws will take place at 12pm AEST on the draw dates outlined in the table below at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008. Entries in each Monthly Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Draws.

24. On each Monthly Draw Date, winners will be randomly drawn by an electronic draw process from all entries received during the relevant Monthly Draw.

25. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn in each Monthly Draw will each win four (4) separate Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards with a totalling value of $100 (“Prize”).

 

How winners will be notified

26. Prize winners will be notified by email using the email address used to register for the Toll Ready course on the Teachable platform.

27. The email will include links to redeem the four (4) separate Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards along with the PIN numbers and all relevant instructions needed to redeem the Prize.

28. Entrants take full responsibility for ensuring they have entered their email address correctly at the time of registration for the Toll Road Ready course on the Teachable platform.

29. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to identify and contact all winners.

30. There is a maximum of 60 prizes (each a Prize) for a total prize pool value of $6,000 consisting of:

31. If a winner ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions after entering the Promotion and before a Prize is delivered, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.

32. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Prize values are:

a) in Australian dollars; and

b) based on the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions and the ultimate prize redemption date.

33. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise advised. If a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize, or an element of that Prize, another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

34. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

 

Prize specific terms

35. Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card Specific Terms

36. Expiry Date

a) The Prize will expire on 2 June 2028 (“Expiry Date”), and will therefore need to be redeemed on or before the Expiry Date.

37. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Personal Information

38. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion), for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion, and as otherwise set out in the Terms and Conditions.

39. Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy.

40. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter via email at privacy@transurban.com or phone at 13 33 31.

41. By entering the Promotion, Entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and that this use and disclosure will be without any further reference or payment to the Entrants.

 

Governing law

42. The agreement which comes into force under these Terms is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws in force in Victoria, and the Promoter and any consumer who participates in the Promotion submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, and the performance or subject matter of the Promotion.

 

Limitation of liability

43. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Promoter’s control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Promotion, or prevent the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Terms. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

44. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under any legislation in Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant or a winner; (f) participation in the Promotion or any component of the Prize by an Entrant or a winner; (g) the conduct, act or omission of any service provider or prize supplier associated with the Promotion; or (h) cancellation or postponement of any portion of the Prize for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
